I have a dear friend who lives in Utah, where this shot was taken. When she was little her mother wanted her to spend her summers engaged in something useful, so she made her learn and practice the musical numbers from some classic films. How useful this skill was is up for debate, but I think it's the little things like this that make people so vibrant. I love old Technicolor musicals myself, though sadly I cannot perform even one song and have to use their inspiration in other ways.
